About GA
GA Contract and Commercial has been training delegates in all aspects of commercial awareness and contract law since 1994. This means we have built up a wealth of experience of all industries and sectors which we can use to ensure that we provide the right course for you every time.
Many of our clients are looking for a solution that demystifies contract law and helps to sharpen commercial practices. We ensure that all our courses give clear guidance and help in a way that is both easy to understand and more importantly simple to relate back to your unique circumstances and daily lives.
GA has been founded on three basic principles which we work to in every one of our courses in commerical awareness and contract law:
- Explaining sometimes complex subjects and terminology in an easy to understand way
- Training consultants who are all practitioners in their respective fields who will bring the subject to life
- Training support and admin procedures that make our client's lives that little bit easier
Training options
Our courses are delivered in two ways; through our open courses or through our in-company training programmes.
Open Courses
We run a regular series of open courses where delegates can spend time learning about all areas of commercial awareness and contract law as well as meeting new people and sharing experience.

In-company training
This can be a hugely cost effective way to train up to 15 delegates at a time and all courses are totally tailored to your unique circumstances.
We tailor all of our in-company courses by taking a look at as much information as you can make available to us prior to the course, this can include example contracts, typical agreements and anything else you think might be relevant. The more information you can provide us with the better the learning experience.
Prior to the course we will spend time understanding your commercial position and environment and then build the course for you from there using our tried and tested course design framework. This ensures that the course is always relevant to the delegate's needs and is easy to relate back to the workplace both during and after the training.
