With this in mind GA has designed a range of commercial courses which will walk you through the commercial minefield step-by-step.

Our range of commercial courses can be seen in the menu on the left of this page and includes; commercial awareness, commercial risk management, practical specification writing, successful outsourcing and our specialist programme - "The Commercial Engineer".
Open Courses
We currently deliver two flagship training programmes in commercial awareness as open courses. The two courses are "The Commercial Engineer" and "Commercial Risk Management". Both courses are available on an in-company basis or as regular open programmes run in Central London.

Commercial Training Courses
All commercial courses are offered on an in-company basis unless otherwise stated and all training is geared to your circumstances on an individual and organisational level using your live projects.
Prior to any training we will take the time needed to understand fully your commercial environment and will build the course around this to keep it relevant at all times. So whatever challenges you may be facing and whatever oppporunities you wish to maximise we will have the right course solution for you.
All GA commercial training consultants are practitiones in their respective fields so you can be sure that their knowledge is up-to-the-minute and relevant at all times. We do not employ career trainers.
