As a training provider, we understand that a high degree of trust in place in use when clients use our services.

For this reason, we always respect the confidentiality of both our clients and individual delegates on each of our courses.

Client Confidentiality
In our role as a trusted training provider, we are often privy to highly-sensitive commercially information which we use to tailor our courses for the needs of the delegates.

All information provided to GA before, during or after a course is treated in total confidence and is only used for the purposes of the training programme we are delivering.

We will never disclose information provided to us by our clients or share this information with anyone.

We regularly sign non-disclosure agreements with our clients so you can be sure that any information you make available to us and trust us with is kept as strictly confidential at all times.

Where necessary we will destroy information after it has been used for the purpose of training.

Delegate confidentiality
We respect the confidential nature of the information given to us during training by delegates, either on an individual basis or as a group.

We will never disclose information given to us by delegates without first obtaining prior consent.

This ensures that delegates can express themselves either as a group or on a one-to-one basis with total confidence and trust.

We take the confidentiality of our delegates as seriously as a doctor / patient relationship and will never disclose information which we have been trusted with.
