At GA we understand that whether you are organising an in-company training programme for a group of delegates or you are booking onto one of our open courses you want to do this with the minimum of hassle and disruption.
We also recognise that you have a choice of training providers and if you select us to provide your training, we aim at all times to exceed your expectations and demonstrate to you that you made the right choice.
We pride ourselves on taking the hassle out of training and making the process as easy as possible for you to allow you to concentrate on your day job.
Open Courses: Administration and Booking
All open courses are supported by an administration service which makes booking your course with us as easy as possible. Upon booking you will receive course joining instructions and a copy of the learning outcomes for your chosen course.
You will also deal with one person in our booking team and will not be passed from pillar to post at any time during the process.
We have also worked hard to make our booking process as simple and straightforward as possible for you every time.
You can even talk directly to the training consultant who is delivering your course to ask any questions you may have in the lead up to the event.
In-company Training: Support Services
As soon as you first get in touch you will be assigned an account manager who will work with you every step of the way to ensure that the learning experience is a resounding success.
Your account manager will work alongside you to understand your needs and match the right training consultant to your exact requirements.
The account manager will also work closely with you to manage the relationship with your training consultant throughout throughout the process.
Account managers at GA are on hand at all times and will be only too pleased to meet with you as many times as necessary before, during and after the training takes place.
A dedicated course administrator
You will also be assigned a dedicated course administrator whose sole purpose in life is to make the process of organising your course as simple as possible at all times.
This includes liaising with you on venues, numbers, timings and after course services such as producing certificates of learning for the delegates and publishing back to you a summary of all the course evaluation forms. This summary gives a headline view of the feedback in a clear and concise way.
