Useful information about your booking

Delegate Confirmations & Joining Instructions
Each individual delegate named on your booking will now receive an email from us containing their course joining instructions, including details of how to join the virtual classroom.  Please allow up to 24 hours for this email to arrive.  In the meantime if you have booked this training programme on behalf of someone else, you can relax because they will have been notified already that you have secured them a place.

Payment
If you have paid by credit card at the time of booking, a receipt for this payment will follow shortly by email. If you have requested to pay by invoice, you will receive the invoice by email in the next few days.

Is there anyone else you think might be interested in attending this course with you?

If you have a colleague or associate you think would benefit from this course, be sure to let them know that they will get a 15% discount from the standard price to attend.  This person can be from anywhere within your personal network and does not even have to be from your own organisation.  All they need to do is mention your name when booking and we will apply the discount automatically.
