So what happens now?
You will shortly be emailed confirmation of your booking, including a summary of your order. In the meantime if you want to talk to us about your booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0845 130 5714.
Useful information about your booking
Delegate Confirmations & Joining Instructions
Each individual delegate named on your booking will now receive an email from us containing their course joining instructions. Please allow up to 24 hours for this email to arrive. In the meantime if you have booked this training programme on behalf of someone else, you can relax because they will have been notified already that you have secured them a place.
If you have paid by credit card at the time of booking, a receipt for this payment will follow shortly by email. If you have requested to pay by invoice, you will receive the invoice by email in the next few days.
There is no strict dress code for our events – please wear whatever you feel comfortable in for learning. As a guide, most of our delegates choose ‘smart casual’ attire.
Facilities at the Venue and Catering
All our venues have free wifi and free internet stations.
A light tasty breakfast of fresh breads, pastries, fruit, speciality teas and coffee and juices will be available from 8am, so please arrive early if you wish. A wide variety of lunch items including vegetarian options will be available. Homemade snacks and fruit will be available at refreshment breaks.
